What country do you ship packages from?

We have warehouses located in Hong Kong, USA, England, and Hungary. Our shipping process is based on the availability of the products in the warehouse, and we select the most efficient and cost-effective option for our customers.

What happens if the package is damaged in transit?

In the event of package damage during transit, please note that only damage to the product inside is eligible for compensation. Defects on the box are not included. Kindly take a photo of the damaged item and email it to support@cigardroppshipping.com.

How do you guarantee the quality of cigars?

We take pride in maintaining a consistent temperature range of 17-18˚ C and a Relative Humidity level of 65% in our warehouse throughout the year. This ensures that your cigars are delivered to you in pristine condition. To further preserve the quality of your cigars, we pack them in vacuum bags and include a Boveda envelope free of charge with every order. For optimum storage conditions, we recommend keeping your cigars in an airtight humidor with humidity control, in a cool environment. This will help maintain the ideal temperature and humidity levels for your cigars.

What are the recommendations when getting cigars and smoking?

We take great care to store all our products in climate-controlled rooms, but the shipping process can be a bit rough on cigars. To ensure the best flavor and smoking experience, it's recommended to store newly received cigars in a humidor for at least 20 days before smoking.

What is the points balance?

In order to activate your account, it is required to make a minimum deposit of $5000. This amount will be credited to your account as points, which can later be used to purchase cigars on the website.

How to top up the points balance?

You can top up your points balance in 2 ways: - Bank transfer - Crypto transfer In order to successfully complete a bank transfer, it is important to provide all necessary information within the guidelines of the process. If the transfer rules are not followed, we retain the right to decline the payment. Generally, bank transfers take anywhere from 2 to 7 business days to process and deliver payment.

What happens if I don’t use my points?

Please be reminded that if you should make orders within 365 days. Failure to do so may result in the temporary blocking of your account and a refund of your funds.

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, we solely acknowledge bank transfers through SWIFT and cryptocurrency transfers.

Can I return my credits?

Certainly, it is possible to initiate a refund and close the account. To proceed, kindly submit a request to our support team. The refund will be processed in the same manner as the original payment and will be completed within 7 days.

Can I edit or cancel the order? 

If any error was made in your order, kindly submit a support request. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make changes since orders are dispatched on the same working day.

Can I make a return of cigars?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for cigars since they are classified as consumable product.

I have the strange smell of cigars.

To ensure the best flavor and smoking experience, it's recommended to store newly received cigars in a humidor for at least 20 days before smoking.

The cigars have white or green spots.

The spots on the cigars are usually related to the maturation process, it doesn't affect in any case the quality of the cigars. To ensure the best flavor and smoking experience, it's recommended to store newly received cigars in a humidor for at least 20 days before smoking.

I have strange stickers on my cigars. 

Kuban cigars are typically adorned with stickers, but there may be instances when customs inspects the packaging to verify its legality and applies their own sticker to the product. Please note that we cannot be held accountable for this. However, we will assume responsibility for any damage incurred to the product.

Does a Cuban cigar improve with age?

Cuban tobacco undergoes a unique fermentation process that preserves organic material residues. As Cuban cigars age, fermentation occurs at a slower pace, resulting in the organic material transforming into inorganic matter, which burns more efficiently. Generally, cigars that have been aged for 10 to 15 years have richer aromas and a milder, more refined flavor compared to their younger counterparts.

Can you change the value on the customs declaration?

To avoid any issues with customs, we include the minimum retail price of our products in our declarations. Please note that this does not apply to wholesale items. If you have a specific declaration amount in mind, you may leave a note with your order, but we cannot guarantee that it will be fulfilled. It's important to keep in mind that the declared amount cannot be less than the retail price in the country.

Shipping Policy

When do you dispatch the orders? 

Orders are processed and dispatched within the same working day, except during weekends.

What is the shipping time?

Your cigars will be dispatched on the same working day as the date of purchase. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, with an estimated range of 7 to 45 days.

Europe - 7-14 days. 

USA - 10-21 days.

South America - 14-30 days. 

Australia and Oceania - 21-45 days. 

Asia & Africa - 14-30 days.

 

All our parcels are traceable online and a tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your goods are on their way.  

I still have not got my order after 45 days.

Our customers can expect their shipments to arrive within 7-45 business days from the date of their order. However, if you have not received an update on your order after 45 days, it could be due to one or more of the following reasons: 

1) Your order has reached the local customs, but the customs clearance process has not yet begun. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and regret that we do not have any control over the customs clearance process.

2) Customs issues may also arise that could affect your order. 

3) Customers may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or seizures, which we do not have control over and must be borne by the customer.

We would like to remind our customers that they must be aware of their local customs laws, as stated in our Shipping Policy, Terms & Conditions, and during the checkout process.

If a package goes missing, what is the appropriate course of action to take?

If the package does not reach its destination within 45-60 days of being sent, we will consider it lost and send a replacement at no extra charge. However, if the package has already arrived in the destination city and has been handed over to the courier service, we will no longer be responsible for it and you will need to contact your local courier service for further assistance.

It is true that Cuban cigars have a very specific taste which makes them different (most experts agree the best), but you can find cigars ranging from light to full body in strength. Are there any shipping restrictions?

Please be aware of shipping restrictions in certain countries. Specifically, France, Germany, Portugal, and Greece have a weight limit of 1 kilogram for each cart. Meanwhile, the USA has a limit of 2 kilograms. If your order exceeds the weight limit, it is necessary to divide the items into multiple packages and pay for the delivery of each one separately. 

Which shipping methods are available?

We use EMS delivery and Priority Mail.

Do you provide alternative shipping methods?

We offer shipping through UPS service. Kindly ensure to provide the company registration certificate in the country of destination and a license for supplying cigars. To receive your order via UPS, please include a note in the checkout section and submit the necessary documents to email address: support@cigarsdroppshipping.com

How long is the tracking number valid?

Please note that this number will remain valid for 90 days only. After that, it is highly probable that it may get deleted from the database.

Should I pay customs taxes for delivery? 

Kindly note that our products are stored in a Bonded Warehouse, and therefore, not subjected to Customs Duties and VAT for shippers. This is why we offer lower prices compared to other websites.

Please keep in mind that your delivery may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which we have no control over. These charges are solely your responsibility.

If you decline to pay the taxes or duties for your order, we won't be able to take the parcel back and send it again to you.

Do you guarantee duty-free shipping to any country?

We offer duty-free shipping to the USA with a guarantee. However, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer the same guarantee for other countries.

Orders partially shipped

There are various situations in which we may need to ship your order in multiple deliveries. These include: 

1) If your order includes products that are located in different warehouses. 

2) If your order is too large to ship at once, we will send it in separate shipments. 

3) If you order multiple boxes in a country with weight restrictions, we may have to split your order into several shipments. 

4) For safety reasons, we may choose to ship your order in smaller parts to prevent any potential issues.

I don’t want to split the order into several shippings. Can you make it?
